Today in phonics we explored 3 different stations in a Phonics carousel! We enjoyed building our gross and fine motor skills by sounding out picture cards, painting them and then writing them with a pencil! We also practiced our speed sounds, oral blending and sounding out our words as we wrote them to help us with our spellings. The final activity in our carousel was playing a phonics game on the board, practicing our turn-taking and communication skills, we really impressed our teachers with how we worked with minimal adult support!
